We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Graphic Design to lead the development of compelling visual communication across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will combine robust design expertise with project management and team collaboration skills to ensure high-quality creative output aligned with business and brand objectives.
Creative Development -
Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, advertisements, and print collateral.
Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Mentor and guide graphic designers to maintain high creative standards.
Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables.
Assist in resource allocation and workload management within the design team.
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Maintain and manage design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
Project Management -
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Participate in creative planning, brainstorming sessions, and campaign strategy discussions.
