In this role, you will bridge the gap between Engineering and Sales/Customer Success, collaborating closely with these teams to provide technical advice and integration support for both existing clients and recent prospects.



Supporting on technical and security requests from Sales and Customer Success

Supporting with ad hoc data requests across the company

Setting up custom CRM integrations for existing clients

Assisting the Engineering team with product QA testing and root cause analysis

Act as technical point of contact for customers during and after the sales cycle

We are looking for someone who has a technical foundation and is passionate about supporting our clients and prospects. 5 plus years of relevant work experience

~ Experience with APIs and programming

~ Experience with cloud infrastructure

~ Experience with SQL databases

~ Experience with setting up Single Sign On / SAML connections

~ Experience in drafting technical responses, RFI/P submissions, and customer-facing documentation.

~ You are able to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a straightforward manner to non-technical stakeholders
