About Magical Nest At Magical Nest, we don't just design children's rooms - we create spaces where imagination comes alive. From adventure lofts and reading nooks to study zones and play areas, we design and execute premium, custom kids' rooms for families across India.

We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, understands customer psychology, and can create an outstanding first impression.

What You'll Do

Connect with inbound and outbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project timeline.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Build excitement about Magical Nest and our design process.

Schedule consultations for our Senior Sales Consultants.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects.

Coordinate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





Consistently achieve monthly lead qualification and consultation booking targets.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus).

Confident, energetic, and customer-centric personality.

Robust listening and questioning skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and WhatsApp.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic productivity software.

Prior experience in inside sales, lead qualification, customer success, real estate, interiors, premium retail, or hospitality is preferred.

Experience in the interior design industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
