Job Title: Assistant Manager – Controller Finance

Location: Shaikpet , Hyderabad

Department: Finance & Accounts

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Controller Finance with 5+ years of
expertise in sales & purchase accounting, receivables control, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Receivables & Payables Control:
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely
collections.
• Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and procurement cycles for cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation, GST compliance, and taxation accuracy.

Sales & Purchase Operations:
• Oversee invoicing, credit control, and revenue tracking.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books and generate reports.

Payroll & Compliance:
• Ensure accurate payroll processing,



statutory deductions, and compliance with PF,
ESI, TDS.
• Support internal and external audits with proper financial documentation.

Process Optimization & Reporting:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline financial workflows.
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in receivables management, sales & purchase accounting, and
payroll.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and financial tools.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
