We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Bangalore . The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and building lasting customer relationships.

Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years

Assist customers in selecting jewellery by understanding their needs and preferences.

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and ongoing promotions.

Ensure proper product display and support visual merchandising activities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.





Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Prior experience in jewellery, high end fashion, or organized retail will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

~1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, premium retail, or lifestyle brands.

~ Robust sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

~ Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

~ Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

~ Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail workplace.

~ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail billing/POS systems.
