Assistant Manager – Program Management (EWIS) Location: SASMOS HET Technologies Ltd.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Program Management (EWIS) to support the successful execution and delivery of Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) programs for Aerospace and Defence customers.

The incumbent will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements. This role requires robust program management capabilities, stakeholder management skills,



and experience in complex manufacturing settings.

Manage program schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables for EWIS projects.

Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure seamless program execution.

Track program performance against timelines, quality requirements, and customer expectations.

Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and drive mitigation plans.

Manage engineering changes, customer requirements, and configuration control activities.

Prepare and present program dashboards, status reports, and management reviews.

Support customer communications related to schedules, deliverables, and project updates.

Monitor program costs and support adherence to commercial commitments.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal quality processes.
