Role Description The Interior Sales Manager role is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their interior design needs, and presenting suitable design solutions and proposals. The Interior Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, quotations, negotiation, and closing deals.



The role involves close coordination with the design and execution teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and timelines are met. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing sales reports, following up with clients, and representing Decormart Studio’s brand and service standards with professionalism.

Qualifications
Achieve monthly revenue targets in Bengaluru residential real estate.
Knowledge of residential interior products, materials, finishes and current design trends is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
Enure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects a month, by ensuring current project bookings.
Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
5+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth.
3+ years of experience in B2C Sales
