About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between ideas and execution. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and driving creative direction across digital and on-ground experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop cutting-edge campaign ideas across digital, social, and experiential platforms

Translate brand objectives into clear, engaging creative strategies

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life

Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, insight-driven concepts

Build pitch decks, campaign narratives,



and presentations for clients

Analyze trends, audience behavior, and cultural insights to inform strategies

Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints

Work closely with clients/internal stakeholders to refine briefs and deliverables

Requirements

~2–6 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketing

~ Solid portfolio showcasing campaigns, ideas, or strategic thinking

~ Excellent storytelling and presentation skills

~ Ability to think both creatively and analytically

~ Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and consumer behavior

~ Experience in agencies, media, or brand-side roles preferred

~ Solid communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with event marketing / experiential campaigns

Familiarity with content production (video, social, etc.)
