We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who will lead residential/commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires robust design sensibility, technical expertise, client management skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Development
Lead the complete interior design process, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and design presentations.
Develop mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and furniture specifications.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, budget, and project timelines.
Client Management
Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and functional needs.
Present design concepts and explain technical details clearly.
Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
Maintain solid client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical & Execution Coordination
Prepare detailed drawings for execution including modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and false ceiling layouts.
Coordinate with site supervisors and execution teams.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets specifications.
Resolve design-related issues during execution.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide junior designers.
Review and approve drawings and design proposals from junior team members.
Maintain design standards and consistency across projects.
Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
~3 to 7 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
