Position Summary

We are seeking a disciplined, mid-level Video Editor (2–4 years of experience) who takes ownership of projects and consistently delivers work that meets skilled standards.

This role requires much more than technical editing skills. It requires understanding content, planning edits strategically, maintaining narrative flow, working within structured timelines, and following disciplined production processes.

The selected candidate must be reliable, self-driven, punctual, and aligned with clearly defined performance expectations. This is a full-time, in-office position in a deadline-driven production environment where accountability, consistency, professionalism, and execution are valued above occasional brilliance.
