Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee the college’s sports and recreational programs.
Schedule and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and practice sessions.
Promote sports activities and encourage student participation.
Provide support and guidance to student-athletes and sports teams.
Maintain records of student-athlete performance, eligibility, and compliance with college policies.
Prepare and submit reports on sports program activities and outcomes.
Coordinate with external organisations for inter-collegiate competitions and events.
Develop marketing strategies to promote sports programs and events.
Engage with the college community through social media, newsletters, and events.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field (Master’s or higher degree preferred).
Previous experience in sports management or a similar role in an educational setting.
Solid organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of sports regulations, safety practices, and event management.
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for program management.
