Job Description
Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
Exp in setting up an entire HRMS ecosystem for a venture from designing teams, HRMS & standardizing policies for recruitment.
Robust skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
Experience in performance management, training, and career development
Proficiency in payroll administration and HR compliance
Knowledge of labor laws, organizational policy development, and workforce planning
Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
Previous experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
