We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium menswear retail store. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Track sales reports, customer footfall, and key performance metrics.
Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for stock availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Build robust relationships with customers to enhance repeat business and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
5–10 years of experience in apparel, fashion, luxury retail, or menswear brands.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Positive understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
Preferred Background
Candidates from premium menswear, ethnic wear, fashion retail, luxury apparel, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
