Debson Pumps is a leading pump solutions provider catering to diverse industrial sectors across Eastern India. We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional to strengthen our Industrial Pumps Sales Team and drive business growth across key industrial markets.
About the Role
• Develop and manage sales of centrifugal pumps and allied pumping solutions for industrial customers.
• Cover key industrial regions including Durgapur, Asansol, Raniganj, Jamuria, Kharagpur, and other strategic locations across Eastern India, Nepal, and Bhutan.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and site assessments to understand application requirements.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations in line with customer specifications.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close orders, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.




• Build and enhance Debson Pumps’ brand presence in the industrial market through skilled customer engagement and solution-oriented selling.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Required Skills
3–5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in centrifugal pumps, rotating equipment, motors, valves, or related engineering products.
Solid understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
