Our Health & Wealth team delivers total rewards that reflect our entrepreneurial culture, are market competitive and support our global growth.
A day in the life:
Lead the design, development and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation and advantages program aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. This also includes operational compensation responsibilities,



such as creating salary structures, completing retail bonus calculations, job evaluation and supporting lululemon’s annual performance management and compensation cycles.
Market analysis and benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure that the organization’s compensation and advantages packages remain competitive and in line with industry standards. Prepare salary and benefit survey submissions. Provider ecommendations that address business needs based on market insights and industry trends.
Benefits administration: implement, administer and communicate employee advantage programs, including health insurance plans, time off and leave, retirement plans etc. Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices. Manage vendor relationships.
Stakeholder management: Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, payroll and other relevant stakeholders to provide guidance and support
