This is a full time, in office role based in Kolkata for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, maintaining positive client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with robust negotiation and closing skills
Experience in Market Analysis and Client Relationship Management
Proven ability to develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies
Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records
Prior real estate sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
