Track performance metrics and report on business development progress.
8+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales.
~ Prior experience in the Staffing and Recruitment industry is highly preferred.
~ Proven experience in the Domestic (India) market , with a robust client network.
~ Robust understanding of recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition solutions.
