Should have Exp in Sales Process.
Set transparent team goals and KPIs. Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
Do regular performance evaluation.
Create a health and inspiring work environment and atmosphere
Should know about KRA, and Data Management.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Valuable PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
