Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, logistics, warehouse coordination, and dispatch management.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials/products.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment planning, and stock ageing to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Ensure timely dispatch of products and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
Work closely with transporters, warehouse partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers for efficient movement of goods.
Maintain inventory records and track key supply chain KPIs such as stock availability, dispatch TAT, fill rate, and inventory accuracy.
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and inventory trackers.
Ensure adherence to supply chain processes, SOPs,



and documentation standards.
Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities based on business requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain and inventory-related issues.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize supply chain costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory documentation.

Key Skills Required
Positive understanding of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.
Experience in inventory planning, stock management, replenishment, and dispatch coordination.
Knowledge of vendor management and logistics coordination.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP systems (SAP or similar ERP preferred).
Valuable coordination and stakeholder management skill
