Your key responsibilities
Lead complex carve-out, integration, and Deal Management engagements, overseeing project execution, synergy assessments, standalone costing, financial analysis, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to deliver successful transaction outcomes. Drive strategic decision-making by identifying value creation opportunities, resolving critical project issues, and continuously enhancing delivery methodologies, tools, and operating models. Lead industry, sector, and transaction analyses to assess market dynamics,



evaluate portfolio strategies, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients and senior leadership. Manage client relationships and engagement teams, serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers throughout the transaction lifecycle and helping clients maximize deal value. Take ownership of engagement delivery quality, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, effective governance, and adherence to EY methodologies, quality standards, and project timelines. Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams, conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, identifying development opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
