We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing EPC projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction.

This is a site-based role requiring solid technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of STP projects from planning to final handover.
Develop project schedules and monitor progress against baseline plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage engineering deliverables, including shop drawings, material submittals, P&IDs;, method statements, and BOQs.
Plan and supervise site activities, manpower, equipment, and construction resources.
Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely material availability.
Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with approved specifications.
Oversee inspection processes, including MIRs, WIRs, and consultant approvals.
Lead testing, commissioning,



and successful project handover.
Track project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure commercial performance.
Prepare and review payment applications, certifications, and project documentation.
Drive project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
12+ years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment or EPC projects.
Proven experience managing STP projects with capacities of 50 MLD or above.
Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, commissioning, and client management.
Experience with BOQ preparation, technical documentation, QA/QC, and contract administration.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Candidates must currently hold a valid UAE Employment/Residence Visa.
Must be willing to work full-time at the project site in Dubai
