We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end requirements definition and analysis from initiation through development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation.
Ensure solutions are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes and end-to-end client journeys.
Manage and maintain a set of deliverables within the wider pipeline,



with accurate capture, tracking, and reporting in relevant systems.
Support prioritisation and sequencing by providing explicit analysis, options, trade-offs, and impact assessments.
Contribute to complex, cross-functional and cross-product change programmes using appropriate delivery methodologies.
Identify dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts early; escalate to the Lead BA/Manager as needed to protect delivery momentum.
Align analysis and delivery activity to Change Management and Risk Frameworks, maintaining clear, audit-ready documentation.
Support client onboarding and enablement across channels/products, coordinating stakeholder readiness and interlocks.
Build strong stakeholder relationships; facilitate workshops, drive decisions, and communicate clearly and constructively.
Drive continuous improvement, act as a subject-matter specialist, and share knowledge through mentor
