– BI Developer (ETL / Data Engineering) Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack BI Developer to join our ETL/Data Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, transforming data in Snowflake, Snaplogic for creation of dashboards. Key Responsibilities
• 4+ years of IT experience in Analysis, Design, Development and unit testing of Data warehousing applications using industry accepted methodologies and procedures
• Write complex SQL queries to implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and for Business Intelligence reporting.
• Strong problem solving & technical skills coupled with confident decision making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction
• Deliver robust solutions through Query optimization ensuring Data Quality.
• Should have experience in writing Functions and Stored Procedures.
• Solid understanding of the principles of Data Warehouse using Fact Tables, Dimension Tables, star and snowflake schema modelling




• Analyse & translate functional specifications /user stories into technical specifications.
• Valuable to have experience in Design/ Development in any ETL tool like DataStage and Snaplogic.
• Positive interpersonal skills, experience in handling communication and interactions between different teams
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Python for ETL and data processing
• Hands-on Snowflake experience (Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks)
• Advanced SQL skills (queries, joins, procedures)
• ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Data warehousing concepts
• Data validation and performance tuning
• Version control (Git) and Agile methodologies
Good to Have
• Experience with ETL tools (DBT, ADF, SnapLogic, Informatica)
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
• Handling semi-structured data (JSON, XML)
• Pipeline orchestration tools
• Power BI (DAX, dashboards, data modeling)
Experience & Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in Data Engine
