Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's portfolio

Requirements
in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Proficient in using various banking systems and tools
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
