We are seeking a agile and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving people initiatives and fostering a high-performance work culture. The HRBP will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, managing the employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business goals.
Build robust relationships with managers and employees to enhance engagement and productivity.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.

Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Conduct regular employee connect sessions and stay interviews to improve engagement and retention.
Support induction and integration of recent employees into the organization.

Performance Management
Drive the performance management process,



including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.
Support managers in addressing performance concerns and creating performance improvement plans where required.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
Promote company culture, values, and a positive employee experience.
Analyze employee feedback and recommend improvement initiatives.

Talent Management
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Support succession planning and internal talent development programs.

Employee Relations
Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line w
