Job Summary
This position will support the HRIS function in the areas of systems enhancements, configuration support, data management, data integrity, and issue resolution within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.



This role serves as a technical partner to HR and leadership by managing system architecture, AI, and change management to meet evolving organizational needs.
Work Mode: 2 days WFH & 3 days WFO.
Location: Bangalore

How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Take full process ownership to independently consult with members of HR and the business, evaluating their HRIS needs and delivering best-in-class, global, and scalable configuration solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Assist in ensuring end to end system and process integration across the breadth of HR functional activities, downstream systems, and third-party integrations. Test and approve system configuration changes for area of responsibility including Metadata Framework (MDF) objects, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) alterations. Support Role Based Permissions review and assignments. Acts as change management champion f
