What’s unique about this role?
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of Lighthouse’s product platforms. This role focuses on managing hybrid cloud infrastructure, enabling automation, and delivering robust platform services to development and product teams.
The position emphasizes automation, observability, and continuous improvement to support high-quality software delivery. Solid collaboration and communication skills are essential to effectively partner with development, QA, and operations teams.




What will this person do?
Manage and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure on Azure, including monitoring, patching, upgrades, and automation. Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), along with logging and configuration management systems. Support and scale Kubernetes/container platforms (AKS) Drive cloud security practices, including SAST/DAST integration and SecOps maturity initiatives. Administer and maintain shared service platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, MySQL, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch) Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) Ensure secure and compliant deployments by adhering to governance, security standards, and best practices.
