We are seeking an experienced Functional Team Coach to support a leading European Bank undergoing continuous business and digital transformation initiatives powered by Temenos core banking solutions.
The role will be responsible for coaching and guiding functional teams across key banking domains including Lending, Investments, Payments, Treasury, Derivatives, Mobile Banking, and Web Banking.
The ideal candidate will possess solid banking domain expertise combined with proven experience in coaching business and functional teams to improve collaboration, process effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, product owners, operations teams, and technology teams, the Functional Team Coach will drive best practices in business analysis, process optimization, functional governance, and business transformation while ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
