Area Sales Manager in Housing Finance , LAP is responsible for leading sales
activities to drive home loan disbursements, ensuring growth in market share,
and managing a team of sales specialists. The role demands strategic
planning, solid relationship management with customers and channel partners,
and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive home loan sales to
achieve assigned targets (disbursements, book size, and profitability).
Expand customer base by
identifying and onboarding potential home loan clients.
Promote housing finance
products, including home loans, balance transfers, and top-ups.
Develop business strategies to
penetrate current markets and increase market share.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a
team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Monitor team performance
against key metrics, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Motivate and guide the team to
achieve individual and collective targets.
Channel Development and Management:
Build and nurture relationships
with builders, real estate agents, financial consultants, and other
channel partners.
Drive channel partner
engagement through training, regular interactions, and incentive schemes.
