Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements.
Identify and evaluate vendors based on technical capability, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Prepare techno-commercial comparisons and support vendor selection decisions.
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within defined authority limits.
Ensure timely placement of orders to meet project schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery schedules.
Maintain Procurement documentation, records, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards as per ISO, and statutory requirements.
Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
