What you’ll do:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of external audit engagements tailored to private clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and skilled standards
Manage and mentor audit teams,
fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and efficiency throughout the audit process
Build and sustain robust relationships with private clients, understanding their unique business structures, financial reporting needs, and risk profiles
Identify and assess financial and control risks, developing appropriate audit strategies to address client-specific challenges
Provide clients with practical and insightful advice on financial reporting, governance, and regulatory requirements relevant to private entities
Drive continuous improvement by embracing cutting-edge audit methodologies and technologies to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complex audit issues and deliver client-focused solutions
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in external audit, preferably working with private clients or owner-manag
