Our instructors play a vital role in reducing stigma, strengthening support networks, and helping people step in with confidence when someone needs help most.
As An Instructor, You’ll:
Deliver engaging, high-quality Mental Health First Aid training to diverse organisations and communities.
Facilitate supportive, inclusive learning environments that encourage open conversation and skill development.
Adapt delivery to suit different audiences, industries and learning needs.




Travel to client sites around (location), with optional interstate prospects.
Receive ongoing support from our national training team.
Contribute to building mentally healthy workplaces, schools and communities.

Essential Requirements
Current Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor qualification (mandatory).
Current Working With Children Check.
Current Police Check.
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to travel to course locations.
Contractor capability if operating under an ABN.

Specialist MHFA Instructor Qualifications
