The Country Head will be responsible for overseeing all operations PAN INDIA driving strategic initiatives, ensuring market growth, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong track record of managing large teams, developing business strategies, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the country’s strategic plan to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Promote continuous learning and development within the team.

Market Expansion:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth prospects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences,



and other networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably within building material industry.
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial planning.
