Position: Senior Sales / Regional Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic, result-driven professional ready to take charge of business growth? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and business development efforts in the Pune region.

If you have a strong background in corporate transportation or employee mobility services, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships, this role is for you!

Responsibilities




Drive new business prospects in the corporate transport sector.
Build and nurture solid relationships with clients.
Prepare customised proposals and commercials.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor insights.
Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Represent our brand at key client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in transportation or facility management sales.

Required Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.
A self-motivated qualified who thrives under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience in corporate transportation or employee mobility services.
