About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager – National Accounts, you will coordinate and support projects from RFQ through to completion. You'll manage proposals, job setup, scheduling updates, compliance requirements, client communications and project administration to help ensure jobs are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit proposals and tender documentation
Coordinate job setup and site file administration
Assist with project scheduling and client communication
Maintain accurate records across CRM, ASANA and client portals
Support variation documentation and project follow-up
Coordinate client compliance, inductions and onboarding requirements
Work closely with Project Managers,



Business Development Managers and Operations teams

About You
Solid administration and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and managing multiple systems
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive team player who enjoys supporting operational success
