Job Description
To align dealing team and research team with Group Institutional clients & help them with superior execution To identify the potential Institutional client and start to engage & make detailed presentations highlighting the differentiated value proposition offered, new product and research ideas, etc. To ensure robust client servicing and engagement with Non-group client by allocating focused dealing support to enhance credibility and deliver a value proposition, superior than peers. To engage with clients using research reports, new ideas on a periodic basis.



To organize company visits / meetings with clients for developing stronger relationships and expressing business commitment. To engage and revive inactive/dormant Institutions with order flow/brokerage. To continuously interact with the institutions with Research reports, current ideas and offerings. To fully comply with the Deal Desk process, Regulatory requirements, risk and surveillance. To ensure efficient and prompt management of orders, execution of transactions and reporting of trades.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Institutional Sales Trader should have:
A solid academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Proven expertise in institutional sales and trading within the financial services sector. Deep understanding of trading regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and client relationship management abilities
