The Senior Transformation Manager role will work closely with our Transformation leadership in India and be primarily responsible for delivering large scale transformation projects across our Business Qualified (BP) functions and ensuring that the project benefits for our firm and our people are fully realised. This role may also support transformation projects for our Global Business Units (GBU).
Who you will work with
The Senior Transformation Manager will primarily with Transformation Portfolio Manager, BP leadership,
GBU leadership and local stakeholders; the extent to which the transformation projects yield sustained benefits to our clients and the firm; and the successful roll-out of recent ways of working.
What you will be responsible for
The Senior Transformation Manager will be primarily responsible for delivering priority transformation projects based on guidance BP functions or Transformation Portfolio manager; resourcing the projects; determining and scoping the approaches; identifying additional revenue opportunities; implementing effective change management and communications plans; ensuring that recent ways of working are transferred effectively throughout the BP function globally; and tracking the resulting return on investment. In doing so, you will develop a network of sustainable relationships, understanding stakeholder needs, identifying ways to address these needs and demonstrating influencing skills to deliver business objectives.
