Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Job Summary :** To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Cluster Head, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives, compliance with organizational processes, and effective coordination across regional sites. **Key responsibilities:** 1. **Financial Perspective** + Gather and review Site KPIs monthly; identify out-of-trend KPIs and communicate corrective actions to relevant sites. + Ensure KPI review with Regional Head within 20 working days of the current month. + Monitor Active Capex projects for the Financial Year, ensuring timely initiation and adherence to approved schedules. 2. **Customer Perspective** + Facilitate timely approval of Capex, ADN, ATS, MDN, Track-wise PRs, and Aspire ideas within 1 day post Regional Heads go-ahead. + Coordinate with sites for R&D; and SGO work plans; ensure Opex and Capex planning within stipulated timelines. + Track and report Demand vs Commit (85%) and Commit vs Supply (95%) metrics. 3 **. Process Improvement** + Manage MIS reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) for SGO cluster within defined timelines. + Maintain compliance tracker for Management Review Meeting action items for cluster sites; ensure timely communication and closure. 4. **People Development** + Organize cluster meetings (monthly, quarterly,



half-yearly) as per schedule with Regional Head. + Support team engagement initiatives and assist in coordination of training programs. **Skills & Competencies** + Strong analytical and reporting skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems. + Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. **Travel Estimate** **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field. **Experience** _Tenure_ :5+ years of experience in executive support or operations coordination.
