Trane is excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and committed **Service Technician - Chillers & HVAC** to join our team.

Where is the work: (Location and work mode can be added based on business needs.) **What will you do:** As a Service Technician, you will ensure efficient commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and customer support for chillers and HVAC systems. Your responsibilities include: - Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems. - Repairing all types of HVAC equipment. - Conducting customer follow-ups and attending scheduled meetings. - Coordinating manpower and parts requirements with the Service Coordinator. - Leading weekly team discussions on safety, site audits, and backlog updates. - Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans. - Handling all models of chillers and low-side equipment complaints per guidelines. - Performing timely preventive maintenance (PPM) as per company SOP. - Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL. - Ensuring compliance with Trane's EHS standards. - Managing customer service requirements professionally. - Generating service leads through customer interactions. - Ensuring high-quality, smooth, and timely completion of service tasks.



- Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM. - Sharing service reports with the deployer, including parts requirements. - Maintaining a valid 2-wheeler/4-wheeler driving license. - Ensuring adherence to safety and vehicle audit requirements. - Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty work, and AMC services. - Using MS Office, email, and internet tools for documentation and communication. **What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)** - Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems. - Hands-on field experience in chiller installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Working knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with service teams. - Commitment to quality, safety, and operational standards. **Qualifications:** - Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, R∾, Electrical, or Electronics. - Minimum **5+ years** of on-site experience working with chillers. - Strong technical understanding of chiller systems and HVAC equipment. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
