**Job Title: Tax Analyst** **Location:** Bangalore, India **Experience:** 2-3 Years **Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Tax Analyst** to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Indian corporate taxation, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Experience in an accounting firm or a multinational company (MNC) environment will be a strong advantage. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare and review **direct and indirect tax computations and filings** . + Support **corporate tax compliance** in line with Indian tax regulations. + Assist with **GST, TDS, advance tax, and income tax return processes** . + Coordinate with **internal teams and external tax consultants** . + Ensure **timely tax payments** and adherence to statutory deadlines. + Support **tax audits, assessments, and handling notices** from tax authorities. + Maintain accurate **tax documentation and records** . + Track and analyze **updates in Indian tax laws** and assess business impact. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance** , or related field. + 2-3 years of relevant taxation experience (accounting firm/MNC preferred). + Solid knowledge of **Indian corporate taxation and compliance** . + Working understanding of **GST, TDS, and income tax processes** . + Proficiency in **MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools** . + Strong **analytical, organizational,
