This role combines business acumen, technical analysis, and project management discipline to translate business needs into effective solutions, support delivery execution, and ensure value realization. Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include Process Optimization, deep expertise in specific modules like SCM, SD and MM, Project support and Change Management. This role will support APAC & Oceania users primarily but will be supporting key initiatives & projects globally as part of DBMO Group. System Troubleshooting & Support ? Provide second level of support to super users Business relationship support wherever required. ? Ensure solutions are global, scalable and improve process & functional efficiency. Process Optimization ? Analyze, map, and re-engineer business processes to align with SAP best practices and improve efficiency. ? Lead gap analyses, workflow mapping, and data analysis Continuous Improvement ? Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess process effectiveness. ? Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration ? Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to align processes with business goals. ? Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Project Leadership ? Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations. ? Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of project activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables. ? Serve as a liaison between project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring expectations and timelines are aligned. ? Support the PMO with project documentation including charters, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes. ? Contribute to change management activities including communication, training materials, and stakeholder onboarding. ? Support user acceptance testing (UAT) through test case creation, coordination, and validation. Documentation & Training ? Lead Process documentation (blueprints, user manuals) and Support end-user training to ensure proper system adoption. ? Contribute to solution knowledge base with specific areas of expertise, Develop and document enterprise knowledge in the form of technical articles, and best practices. ? Provide training and support for new processes and tools. Required Knowledge/Skills: - Strong knowledge of process mapping tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and compliance standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bring solid thought-leadership mindset with clear understanding of business requirements and SAP solutions - SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, SCM).
Certification a plus - Experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus. - Experience in Change Management - End to end SAP Implementation experience a plus Required Experience: - 8-10 years of experience in process improvement or business analysis within manufacturing or chemical industry.
