Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Engineering Head to lead and manage engineering functions for a USFDA-regulated OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring high equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and productive plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the engineering & maintenance function for OSD manufacturing operations.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production equipment (granulation, compression, coating, packing lines).




Drive preventive & predictive maintenance programs .
Handle utility systems (HVAC, water systems, compressed air, etc.) in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory guidelines .
Lead qualification & validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment and utilities.
Manage breakdown maintenance and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (cost reduction, energy efficiency, automation).
Lead and develop the engineering team , ensuring capability building and performance management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, EHS) for smooth plant operations.
Manage vendor development, AMC contracts, and project execution .
Ensure adherence to EHS and safety standards .
