About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Associate.
In this role, you will:
Participate in credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients and counterparties under the direction of more experienced individuals within Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area
Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, and are related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Underwriting managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:




Experience in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Graduation
MBA Finance would be a plus
Any previous experience supporting US CRE market would be a plus
4 to 6 years of Underwriting experience in one or a combination of the following:
Experience in supporting Commercial real estate investment management or commercial real estate balance sheet lending business
Ability to read and understand basic commercial real estate loan documentation, securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements and related documentation
