BASIC FUNCTION
Ensure daily management of materials, keep in proper way so as to provide accurate information to delegated buyer, production, warehouse operators and service providers effectively in a timely manner, ensure a smooth working in raw material warehouse.
Ensuring timely inward of material and FIFO compliance in storage of material and issuing of material.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, issue of materials to ensure availability of materials as per the order. Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation to update daily reports. To avoid production stoppages, issuance of raw materials /finished goods / packing /maintenance material to all department on timely basis. Ensure compliance with applicable Operational Excellence standards and health and safety regulations. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded.
