NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an IT Applications Service Manager to join our team in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Position's General Duties and Tasks
In these roles you will be responsible for:
Service Delivery & Operations Management
Lead day-to-day application support operations (L2/L3) across multiple healthcare domains like Clinical systems (EHR, LIS, Oncology), Ancillary systems (Pharmacy, HIM, Laboratory), Population Health and Analytics platforms and Enterprise applications.
Incident, Problem & Change Management - Oversee ITIL processes:
Incident Management – Ensure timely resolution and escalation
Problem Management – Drive RCA and defect elimination
Change Management – Approve and govern releases and changes
SLA’s/ KPI compliance
Application & Domain Ownership: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, understand healthcare workflows, Provide oversight across multiple areas of hospital operations
