Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets. Key responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, and analyzing market trends to improve strategies. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively
Experience in developing sales strategies, market analysis, and client relations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to drive performance
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,



with relevant industry experience
Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is an added advantage

Compensation and Perks
Annual Salary (CTC): ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience, skills, and performance).
Monthly Fixed Salary: Paid as per the agreed CTC structure.
