What you'll do - Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Learn about Esperer Motors' products and represent the brand professionally. Who we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Passion for sales and achieving targets.
Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage.
