About the role
:This role will be responsible for current product development for HVAC Light commercials and VRF.
Key Responsibilities:
As a System Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
Lead/ support cooling system (HVAC) engineering programs from concept through validation and release, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and business objectives
Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution.
Follow, develop & maintain system‑level engineering plans, including scope definition, technical deliverables, design milestones, and resource coordination
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and system‑level risks related to cooling performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle
Define, track, and review engineering KPIs such as cooling performance, efficiency, reliability, validation status, and schedule adherence
Ensure cooling system designs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and internal engineering processes (e.g., HVAC codes,
safety, quality, and stage‑gate requirements)
Contribute to continuous improvement of cooling system design practices, tools, and best practices
Must have a background in HVAC&R; or related Industry

HVAC Light commercial / VRF & Residential new product development. required as below:
Proven experience in cooling system design, development, or system engineering
Must have on hand experience of Designing of Inverter systems, Heat exchangers, refrigeration cycle and it’s balancing for recent product / concept.
Transparent understanding of standard framework (BIS, ISO,BEE,IEC) for HVAC products
Solid understanding of product development, lifecycle and engineering governance
Knowledge & hands-on experience in simulations tools (Model based design)
