We are seeking a detail -oriented and technically proficient Computer Operator to join our dynamic school team in Urulikanchan, Pune. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our school’s digital infrastructure, supporting administrative, academic, and student -related functions through productive data management and IT support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining digital records, managing school databases, generating reports, and providing technical assistance to staff and faculty. With a robust foundation in computer applications and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, the Computer Operator will contribute significantly to the school’s operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update digital records for students, staff, and academic activities.
Operate and manage school computers, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
Generate and distribute reports, attendance sheets, grade summaries, and other administrative documents.
Provide basic technical support to teachers and administrative staff.
Support the implementation of digital initiatives and software tools used in the school.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to IT support when necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
Graduate in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of database management and data entry accuracy.
Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling.
1–2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or educational setting (preferred).
