Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and acquire new clients across hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality groups.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close business deals.
Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking prospects.
Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for senior management.





Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel, or related service industries.
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Experience in business development, key account management, and contract negotiations.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical, forecasting, and sales planning capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
